AN attractive investment
Pavillon Holdings Ltd (SGX: 596) has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2000. Originally traded under the name Thai Village Holdings Ltd, the company transitioned to the SGX Mainboard in 2003, reflecting its growing ambitions and corporate evolution. The renaming to Pavillon Holdings Ltd in 2014 marked a strategic pivot from its roots in F&B to a broader investment holding structure encompassing logistics, leasing, and regional business development.
